Poor sleep has a significant negative impact on an individual’s well-being, such as low energy and fatigue the next day. In the short term, inadequate sleep can affect mood, judgement, ability to learn and retain information, and may increase the risk of serious accidents and injury. In the long term, chronic sleep deprivation may lead to a host of health issues, including cardiovascular disease, obesity, diabetes, and even early mortality.
In clinical trials with Nozovent, there was a significant positive correlation between diminution of snoring and less tiredness in users in the morning.(2)
